Voices Of Eternity

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026

Who we are. Voices of Eternity (voicesofeternity.org) shares spiritual readings and poetry in short videos. You can contact us through our contact page.

What we collect and why. We don’t ask visitors to create accounts. If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, title, message and any files you attach, by email only. The website does not keep them: attached files are deleted from the website as soon as the email is sent (the email itself, with its attachments, stays in our inbox). To limit spam, the form briefly remembers a scrambled version of your connection address (for about an hour), which can’t be turned back into your address. If you leave a comment, we store the name, email address and comment you enter, plus your IP address, to help block spam. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply. We handle this data because you’ve chosen to send it to us, and because keeping spam out is in our interest.

Analytics. We use Burst Statistics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It stores anonymous statistics on our own server and doesn’t share them with anyone else. It doesn’t set cookies; it recognises repeat visits using anonymous browser characteristics, and it uses your approximate location (from your IP address) to show which countries visitors come from.

Videos from YouTube. Our videos are embedded from YouTube. When you press play, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies. This site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to work, such as those for logged-in administrators and for remembering your details if you tick that box when commenting. YouTube may set its own when you play a video.

Social media. We share links to new episodes on our Facebook Page, Instagram and Threads. Doing this sends those platforms nothing about you. If you follow or interact with us there, their own privacy policies apply.

Who sees your data. We don’t sell it. It’s visible only to us and the services that run the site, such as our web host, spam filtering and the email service that delivers contact messages to us (Brevo).

Where your data is sent. Videos are provided by YouTube (Google), and our social media accounts are run by Meta. These companies may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States, under their own privacy policies and the safeguards they describe there.

How long we keep it. Comments are kept until you ask us to remove them. Emails are deleted when no longer needed. Analytics are anonymous statistics.

Your rights. You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to us through our contact page. If you’re in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes. If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above.
